液壓管:鋼絲編織膠管
應(yīng)用:較小彎曲半徑的高壓液壓油基和水基液壓系統(tǒng)。優(yōu)異的脈沖和超過SAE1OOR2和SAE100R16標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的彎曲性能。膠管擁有更加緊湊的尺寸和較小的彎曲半徑較2SN膠管在機械裝配上有更好的性能, 且用于需要高耐磨外膠的工況。
結(jié)構(gòu):
內(nèi)膠：丁腈橡膠
增強層：兩層編織高強度鋼絲
外膠:黑色氯丁高耐磨合成橡膠
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：SAE J517 100R16,ISO 11237 2SC/R16S，EN 857 2SC，可定制美國MSHA認(rèn)證
溫度：-40℃～100℃
APPLICATION:High pressure hydraulic oil - and water-based hydraulic systems with small bending radius. Excellent pulse and bending properties exceeding the requirements of the SAE1OOR2 and SAE100R16 standards. The rubber hose has a more compact size and smaller bending radius than the 2SN rubber hose has better performance in mechanical assembly, and is used in the need of high wear-resistant adhesive conditions.

Reinforcement：Two ply braided high strength steel wire
COVER:Black neoprene high wear resistant synthetic rubber
