車輛軟管：制動管
應(yīng)用:可輸送石油基液壓油，水乙二醇，油脂，潤滑油，煤油，燃油，原油，冷卻液，空氣和水。用于1.7MPa以上的空氣時，軟管需針刺.外管阻燃。
技術(shù)特點: 外管阻燃，阻燃等級UL-94 V0，適合易燃防火工況。耐高低溫良好，低溫條件下軟管不硬，高溫條件下軟管不軟。可持續(xù)使用在高低溫轉(zhuǎn)換的環(huán)境中。耐臭氧，ASTM D1149標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 50pphm 溫度40+/-2℃ 150小時無裂縫。可用于戶外作業(yè)。
結(jié)構(gòu):
內(nèi)膠：黑色光滑耐油合成橡膠
增強層：高強度編織物增強
外膠：耐臭氧、耐磨防火耐候合成橡膠。防火等級UL-94 V0。
接頭連接: 扣壓接頭，快速接頭。材質(zhì)碳鋼，銅，不銹鋼（SS304.316.316L.321）各種螺紋均可配套。
溫度：-40℃～100℃
APPLICATION: It can transport petroleum-based hydraulic fluid, water glycol, grease, lubricating oil, kerosene, fuel oil, crude oil, coolant, air and water. For air above 1.7MPa, the hose needs needling. Outer tube flame retardant.
Features: Flame retardant outer tube, flame retardant grade UL-94 V0, suitable for inflammable fire protection conditions. Good high and low temperature resistance, low temperature conditions under the hose is not hard, high temperature conditions under the hose is not soft. Sustainable use in high and low temperature conversion environment. Ozone resistance, ASTM D1149 Standard 50pphm temperature 40+/-2℃ 150 hours without cracks. Can be used for outdoor work.

Tube：Black smooth oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement：High strength braid reinforcement
COVER: Ozone resistant, wear-resistant, fire resistant synthetic rubber. Fire protection rating UL-94 V0.
