應用:保護軟管，用于對抗機械磨損，用于抽吸蒸汽,空氣補給和抽取，用于發(fā)動機，冷/熱空氣傳輸軟管，用于車輛和發(fā)動機，用于輸送液體和氣體。
材料：管壁采用熱塑性橡膠TPV
增強層：螺旋鋼絲增強
特性：無塑化劑和鹵化劑，良好的抗紫外線和耐臭氧性，良好的氣密性，易彎曲，質(zhì)量輕，較小的彎曲半徑，耐高壓和真空阻力，內(nèi)壁光滑，高流動性，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合非可燃粉塵/散體顆粒和低導電性的氣體/液體。金屬絲應兩端接地，以確保消除靜電，良好的耐酸性，耐堿性，耐溶劑氣體，良好的抗機械能力。
溫度：-40℃ 至130℃ 短時間可達+150℃
APPLICATION:Protection hoses to combat mechanical wear, for steam extraction, air recharge and extraction, for engines, cold/hot air transfer hoses, used for vehicles and engines, for liquids and gases.
Material: Tube wall adopts thermoplastic rubber TPV
Reinforcement : spiral wire reinforcement
Features: No plasticizer and halogenator, good UV and ozone resistance, good air tight, easy to bend, very light, very small bending radius, high pressure and vacuum resistance, smooth inner wall, excellent fluidity, according to TRBS 2153 requirements, suitable for non-combustible dust/granular particles and low conductivity gas/liquid. The wire should be grounded at both ends to ensure the elimination of static electricity, good acid resistance, alkaline resistance, solvent gas resistance, good mechanical resistance.
TEMPERATURE: -40°C to 130°C,can reach 150°C in a short time
