應(yīng)用:有較高的安全要求，用于研磨粉塵吸塵裝置產(chǎn)生大量火花的環(huán)境，用于焊接煙霧吸塵裝置產(chǎn)生大量火花的環(huán)境，可以抽吸高溫和研磨粉塵屬性。
材料：外部螺旋圈：鍍鋅鋼帶 管壁：特殊的耐高溫夾織物
特性：較小的彎曲半徑，耐磨，易彎曲，很好的壓縮性，壓縮比可達(dá)到1:6，外邊的螺旋圈保護(hù)管壁免受磨損，特殊的夾緊方式，保證了軟管材料和外部螺旋鋼絲之間的高拉伸強(qiáng)度，良好的機(jī)械阻力，根據(jù)TRBS 2153要求，適合的低導(dǎo)電性的非可燃粉塵和氣體。螺旋圈兩端應(yīng)接地并且兩個(gè)螺旋間距應(yīng)小于30mm，以確保靜電消散。良好的防火花性。
溫度：–40℃ 至200℃，短時(shí)間可達(dá)+280℃
